Accommodation was spacious and lovely old with attentive staff in service and advice. I appreciated delicious breakfast and good food selection. It had central location close to a downtown street.

I enjoyed every detail about my fine 2 nights stay here.

This place is beautiful and the staff are supper friendly. Nice area, very central location short walk to restaurants, Chicago and metro stations.

Totally really really nice stay at The Whitehall Hotel. Clean property, and the staff were helpful, location was brilliant close to Center of Chicago. Had brand-new room with awesome view, which I loved.

I loved our stay, the staff were absolutely amazing and the location was unbeatable! Next to restaurants and bars. Apart from that, london guarantee building was 10 minutes' drive away. Cereal, hot waffles, pastries, fruit and scrambled eggs provided for breakfast was delicious. Good pool area too.

Staff and rooms could not have been more second to none. Courtesy from the whole staff. Perfectly situated for shopping. Very easy to get from Midway International airport, just 20 km. Covered pool too.

We would recomand it as we had a really nice experience here. Overall fairly clean property, it had nice location and staff. Magnificent view, superb bar - everything was good.

Cute amazing boutique place, it has perfect location short walk to the Magnificent Mile as well as the lake...

Good value, delightful hotel. Breakfast was enormous and they offered pancakes, pastries, hot waffles, fruit and scrambled eggs. Refreshing drinks at rooftop bar, excellent service. Delightful venue perfectly located in the city.

Quaint place, brand-new room, especially helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast, with cheap cereal, eggs, breads, fresh fruit and pancakes. Hotel was fairly clean. Lots of various drinks, such as gins, cocktails, juices and tea in the bar.

Unbelievable location, lovely bed and, of course, thoughtful staff. The meal was reasonably priced and hotplates and utensils were provided. In my king room I found facilities needed for a superb stay. Speedy check-in and spectacular service.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other urban hotels. I loved very special location and my upscale room. The staff were more than helpful and full of information about the area. This property was so clean and pretty basic. Prime location to a 35 - acre zoo. Furthermore, the area was beautiful. They made my stay very nice.

Clean and decent size rooms, reasonably large bathroom. Ideal location, near shopping area and all the attractions of chicago, nonetheless the area was extremely dirty.

Actually everything was fabulous, you're dope! Fairly large rooms, ideal location, pleasant enough staff. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. I found free coffee in the lobby.

i enjoyed it, the hotel is spotless, has impressive location and staff. pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, slices of fresh bread and hot waffles were a nice touch. the property was perfectly set in a tranquil area. had an extra special time.

We appreciated the stay, it was a very very good experience. Good trained staff, nonsmoking rooms and absolutely breathtaking views. The pizza restaurant was small, they served savoury food. Big size suite and comfy bed.

Everything was fabulous, but we stayed for 5 nights only. Wonderful location to explore Chicago and superb service. A personal safe, a mini-fridge-bar and ironing facilities in the room and the perfect bed. The restaurant was small. All facilities were adequate too. Plus, public parking nearby.

I had an outstanding stay. I loved this traditional hotel, its brilliant location and really helpful staff. Room quiet comfortable and dog friendly, bed really comfortable. Not to mention fast wifi!

It met expectation and we would book here again. Enjoyed almost everything, including facilities and location, they were EXCELLENT. Nearby a bus stop, within a walking distance of a convenience store and a pharmacy. Also, a downtown museum was max 5 minutes walk to. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available.

Fantastic location; hotel has private parking. Booked queen room with a personal safe, cable channels and a work desk. The bar was nice with FRIENDLY staff.

The breakfast was overpriced, unfortunately.

For tea and goodies visit cafe des architectes, located close by. It was worth its 4 stars...

Magnificent mile and other tourist destinations were situated just walking distance from this place. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like cafe des architectes that was only 10 minutes' walk away;)))

The rooms were huge and the beds were large. Fornetto Mei was 5 mins walk away. Really Amazing location. We would return there. We appreciated staff and the food here...
